Amd dual core optimizer on intel

So when i went to task manager and under startup i noticed this: what is this and what does it do? i have an intel i5 4690K?? should i remove it? and how did i get that in the first place?? move this thread,if its wrongCPUs, Motherboards, and Memory. why do i have AMD Dual-Core Optimizer?
